Eligibility Guidelines

If you purchased or leased an eligible vehicle in that time range, you still have up to six months after the date of that purchase or lease to apply for a rebate. However, you will be placed on a waiting list to be paid once DEQ receives funding in early spring 2025.

For the purpose of OCVRP, a household is defined as an individual living alone, a family with or without children or a group of individuals who are living together as one economic unit. Household income is your adjusted gross income (AGI) on your federal Tax Return Transcript.
